The high-concentration liquid wax TX-650H emulsion
is a weakly cationic oil-in-water type of hydrophilic polyethylene composite wax emulsion. It has the functions of lubrication, reducing friction and protecting strength, and is mainly applied in cotton and its blends on the product.

- Effectively reduce the friction between yarns and between yarns and machinery
- It has good needle hole resistance
- Effectively enhance the tear strength of fabrics
- Low yellowing, high smoothness and good hand feel
- It has high salt and alkali resistance, no volatile substances, and good anti-yellowing properties during drying
Application
*Impregnation process:
- Dosage: 0.6-2%owf
- Temperature: 25-50℃
- Time: 15-30 minutes
- When in use, first dilute KF-638H with cold water and add it to the bath solution
*Dip rolling process:
- Dosage: 8-20g/L, room temperature immersion and rolling, then drying
- Note : The above process is for reference only. The specific formula and process should be handled by the customer as appropriate based on the sample results
